Recommended use: Use only as a tea infusion. Do not drink more than 1 litre per day. Not recommended for children and adolescents as well as for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not consume if other foods containing hemp are consumed on the same day.

Preparation: 5-10 g (3-6 tablespoons) to 1 litre of filtered / soft 70° C hot water.
Brewing time: 1 minute
