Special Offers

From time to time Klostiki Ltd makes special offers available to its customers. In the case of high demand we reserve the right to end such offers early. If a promotion code or coupon is deleted from the website or social media the offer is deemed to have ended irrespective of closure dates stated on web banners or social posts. All coupons already applied at checkout will be honored if applied immediately prior to payment.

Shipping and Handling

Within Cyprus orders are dispatched by ACS courier 48hrs to 14days from the first working day that we receive your order. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this. In most cases the orders arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch. Should you not have receive your order after 4 working days please email us stating your order number in the subject line so we can rectify the problem.

Europe / International Delivery Options

International orders are dispatched by Cyprus Mail 48hrs 48hrs to 14days from the first working day that we receive your order. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this. In most cases the orders arrive within 14 working days of dispatch. Should you not have receive your order after 14 working days of dispatch, please email us stating your order number in the subject line so we can rectify the problem.

Orders can be sent by recorded delivery if required. Please email us to place your order manually if you need this service.

Dispatch Schedule

We aim to dispatch all orders received in a timely manner. Subject to items being in stock.

Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you receive a card to say that the post office attempted delivery please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card.

Lost or Undeliverable Orders

If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately. We may ask for photographic proof of the damaged product.

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise un-deliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a re-delivery cost equivalent to the cost of re-delivery + a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid re-delivery costs.

If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.

If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals intact. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.

Warranty

We guarantee a minimum of 12 months shelf life from when the product is dispatched.

Payment Security

Currently we only accept payment by bank transfer payment or cash upon delivery, within Cyprus.
